Community Guidelines

 

OzGuide is an inclusive space for discovering and sharing local events. These guidelines are here to keep things respectful, safe, and welcoming for everyone. By sticking to them, you help make sure everyone has a positive experience.

     Treat others with kindness, respect, and empathy. Do not engage in any behaviour that could be considered harassment, discrimination, or bullying.

     Provide accurate and reliable information about events. Misleading or false information may result in the removal of the event and possible account suspension.

3.     Appropriate Content:

     Ensure that event descriptions, images, and any accompanying content are suitable for all audiences. Content should not contain explicit material, hate speech, violence, or illegal activities.

4.     Ownership and Permissions:

     Only post events for which you have the necessary permissions or ownership rights. Respect copyright laws and intellectual property rights when sharing content.

5.     Safety Guidelines:

     Prioritize the safety and well-being of users. Do not post events that promote risky or dangerous activities. Encourage users to follow safety protocols and guidelines provided by health authorities.

6.     Privacy Protection:

     Respect the privacy of individuals and organizations. Do not share personal or sensitive information without consent. Obtain necessary permissions before posting photos or videos of individuals.

7.     Accountability:

     Users are responsible for their actions and the content they post. Violation of community guidelines may result in consequences such as content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban.
